Delivers weekly every Wednesday, arriving between 5PM and 8PM in an insulated bag. Please provide a cooler if you are not able to retrieve your order within a couple of hours.

Where does O’Connell Organic Acres Deliver?
We deliver to the 48 contiguous states of the USA.
When will my order be delivered?
We ship our 1-2 Day Ground and 2nd Day Air orders on Mondays (unless it falls on a major holiday), and they are delivered within 2 days. Our Dubuque Area orders are delivered weekly on Wednesdays from 5pm - 8pm. Our Iowa City Route orders are delivered on the 3rd Monday of every month from 5pm - 8pm.
Who will deliver my order?
1-2 Day Ground and 2nd Day Air orders are shipped via FedEx. Dubuque Area and Iowa City Route orders are delivered by an OOA employee via the farm van.
How should I expect my order to arrive?
1-2 Day Ground and 2nd Day Air orders are shipped frozen in an insulated box with dry ice. Dubuque Area and Iowa City Route orders are delivered frozen in a reusable insulated bag.
What if I’m not home for my delivery?
Not a problem. The orders shipped FedEx will be left at the front door and remain cold in the insulated box. We just ask that you unpack the order as soon as possible and place the products in a freezer or refrigerator. Orders on our regional delivery routes will be left at the front door in an insulated bag. If you won’t be home for more than several hours or in extreme temperatures, we ask that you leave a cooler out for added insulation.
Is there an order minimum?
There is a $75 and $150 minimum for 1-2 Day Ground and 2nd Day Air orders (respectively) to ensure everything stays frozen during shipping. There are no minimums for our regional delivery routes.
Is there a delivery fee?
There is a fee of $39.99 for 2nd Day Air orders with delivery being free for orders over $299. The fee for 1-2 Day Ground orders if $14.99 with free delivery on orders over $149. There is an $8 delivery fee for our regional delivery routes with free delivery for orders over $100.
Can I recycle my packaging?
All of the packaging used for the orders shipped via FedEx is curbside recyclable. We ask that the insulated bags used for our regional deliveries are returned with your next order.
