Animals raised without ever being given antibiotics. Antibiotic use is prohibited by the USDA Organic standards.

Animals raised on pastures as the weather dictates. All of our animals are pasture raised at O'Connell Organic Acres.

MSG is commonly used as a flavor enhancer in processed meats and has been linked to numerous health problems. Limit your MSG intake with meat from O'Connell Organic Acres. All of our products are MSG Free!

Our processing ensures that there are no nitrites or nitrates added to our products except for those naturally occurring in celery powder in our smoked products.
